Activity Log
This form is marked as part of the submission and the final EPQ grade. The rule is simple- the more detail the better your mark will be. Also the examiner should see evidence that yo uhave encountered challenges and dealt with them effectively. They also want to see that you have tracked your progress against your original PPF and Gant Chart and made ammendments to your plan where necessary.
